A 25% deposit is required to reserve your date and is due at booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event.
The deposit is non-refundable, as it secures your date and musicians. The remaining balance is refundable up until 30 days before your event; after that point, it is non-refundable.
You're welcome to size down (for example, from a quartet to a trio or solo violin) at any point before your event. Your original pricing will still apply, or the pricing for your new selection, whichever is higher. Due to musician scheduling, we're unable to add musicians beyond what was originally booked, so we recommend booking for the larger ensemble size upfront if there's a chance you'll want it.
As many as you'd like! For the wedding prelude (30 minutes), couples typically choose an overall style or genre rather than a specific song list. For the ceremony, you'll select specific songs for the family and bridal party entrances, the bridal entrance, and the recessional. Cocktail hour and reception music is also generally selected by genre or a mix of genres rather than a fixed playlist. That said, if there's a specific song you'd like played during the prelude, cocktail hour, or reception, just let us know and we'll make sure it's included.
Your musicians will arrive 30 minutes ahead of their scheduled start time to set up and do a sound check. They perform in concert black attire and will coordinate with your other vendors (planner, DJ, officiant) to make sure transitions run smoothly throughout the day.
It depends on the size and feel you want for your event. We offer solo violin, string trio, and string quartet options, and you'll select one configuration to use throughout your wedding. If you're unsure, we can help talk you through it so you find the right selection that is perfect for your venue and budget.
Please let us know as soon as possible if your venue has a backup indoor location or covered space. We'll work with you and your venue to make sure the transition is smooth if a change is needed.
