Meet Our Founder
Lisa Strong has built her life around music for more than 30 years, performing as a violinist, violist, and pianist, and teaching for over 20 of those years through her own private studio. Born and raised in Arizona, she earned her Music Education degree from Arizona State University before Minnesota became home number two. That life split between two states turned into something valuable: relationships with talented musicians in both, many of whom now perform with Prelude Strings & Events.
It's why Prelude Strings & Events runs across both Arizona and Minnesota today, and why Lisa still takes every chance she gets to perform alongside her musicians rather than just manage from the sidelines.
